I don't think i ever read this in anyones chats....So i was thinking on the PS2 & XBOX theirs a WQ glitch that everyone knows in the krypt....& my question is in the GAMECUBE version did they get rid of this glitch because if they did that means it's truly a glitch, if they didn't then their might still be a possibility of hope....well not really because every gave up on MK:D

WOW wouldn't u think they would remove that & fix it normally, that was like the first glitch that everyone found out. & eveyone stumbed their heads trying to figure it out.

Unless the MK team left it their to deceive us all again....The game is called Deception after all.

why would they spend the time to take out something that really doesnt matter?
Right. Deisel, how many times have you heard someone say "man, I hate going into the Krypt because of that damn WQ glitch." Probably zero.

No one, but Midway are perfectionists... anyone who would be in a company, would take out any noticeable bugs in the game.. to improve it.. but then again maybe they were just lazy.. we all get a little tied up.

What is this glitch you speak of? I will soon be buying deception and I want to know! Please!

Ah, I see your confused. Don't worry.

The WQ Glitch, is a glitch in the krypt. You simply start at the very bottom row (A Section) and hold the directional pad up. As you skim through the coffins, the letters appear to change from their normal assigned letter, to "WQ". It also changes the coins and economy to Onyx... 126 if I remember correctly.

anyone who has played mk4 knows that isnt true. im not saying it isnt a good game, its just everyone shares animations and victory poses, if you perform a flying kick 3 times in a row on goro you fall over and the characters move like they are having a ceisure in the endings. the games are riddled with bugs and midway dont seem to care, and hats off to them, when people like us are gonna part with our green for nomatter what shit they churn out. to me, this separates midway from the faceless giants like namco and eidos etc, and kinda reassures me that they are just a bunch of guys. nobody is perfect, and would you spend all your time gettin rid of a bug that a lot of people havent even noticed?

I don't know why people are worried about the WQ Glitch. I'm sure they kept it there for some n00b to believe theres some sort of SU.
Maybe that's what the mysterious key is for. To open the WQ koffin.

They key is doing something, it's making you boil. hehe

So it seems like the rushed another game to make more money then, because MK headquaters must of heard of all all the complaints & things they should change & glitches but they didn't care. & because the gamecube version took X amount of months to come out they had lots of time to polish it off. I just thought the QG would of been the first thing they cleaned off, because it was the most talked about.
