Ultimate Humiliation Trophy/ Achievement?

What are the stipulations for this? I've unlocked and performed all of the second fatalities, stage fatalities, and babalities yet I hasn't popped up. Do I need to perform the first fatalities or has it glitched?

Should be just babalities. You ave all people unlocked?

Yes, everything has been performed and unlocked in my game. You name it: finishers, characters, costumes (yes, even Mileena's 3rd) which is why I'm confused. The only things locked are the "Yummy" Fatality for Reptile and Sub-Zero's "Spine Rip" Fatality.

Nevermind, I overlooked Scorpion's move list because he had four finishers (with the "Toasty!") and I hadn't done the babality yet.
