Sprites, Comics : Paint, Photoshop

Alright, i got some great ideas and stuff, but lil' me don't know how to make comics and sprites and stuff that you all do here. I have checked the interenet for tutorialsa nd guides but it jsut doesnt phase me. What i am trying to learn how to do is how to make mini game sprites, sprites that are used in comics (like on here), comics, b/g's using piant and or photoshop 7.

If anyone could teach me or post a good guide wiht pics of the steps that would be great. If you could teach me you can e-mail me or talk to me on aim or pm.

Go here, click on backgrounds (on the side menu), and pick one. If you're using MS Paint, just copy/paste it onto a blank white screen. then, go and pick a sprite (side menu again), copy/paste it.

Press the button circled in red to get rid of the white around the sprite you pasted. After that, just add lifebars, text, and effects, all of which are on this site.

(Note, you have to make your own shadows)

After you've figured all that out, you won't have any trouble at all.

I can tell you how to use paintshop... But its going to take a while... PM me and I'll try and help.
 
I hope you mean photoshop, cause i dont got paintshop (is there such thing?). I think i got it though thanx....

Now that i can do this whith mkwarehouse......do you know how to make custom sprites? Im thinking bout making some rlly good ones that are original.....like the holiday ones and stuff....i got good ideas just want to send them out...

Well, you can take parts of sprites from MKwarehouse and build them yourself, or you can ask Goraka for some help. He's really good with building sprites, from what I've seen.

i'd be happy to help, although i'm not too good with mk sprites as you can see in my sig, im more of a capcom kind of guy
