I still think Bi-Han becomes Noob Saibot. In my statement, I referred to him as the original Sub-Zero. Pay attention. And plus, the Lin Kuei turning their ninja into cyborgs makes them lose their free will. It doesn't bring the dead back to life.
 
I haven't read the story spoilers, but I had a theory on who Cyborg Subzero is. I don't really know too much of the story of the 2 Subzeros and the history, so this might be stupid or won't make sense.

But what if the Lin Kuei found out the old Subzero came back to life as Noob, and tried turning NOOB into a robot, making Cyborg SubZero? It could be an alternate story path for Noob, and Cyborg Subzero would even be selectable after unlocking when picking Noob and pressing a button - sort of like picking MK1 Raiden by pressing select on Raiden in PS1 MK Trilogy. So that Cyborg Subzero wouldn't even be an extra space or in the DLC space on the character select screen. Noob's mouth guard almost looks robotic too...
 
This is what I'm talking about from my previous post...

Look how Noob's mouth guard and eyes look just like the robots Sektor and Cyrax. He doesn't look human or spirit or demon, but closer to a cyborg. I think Cyber SubZero could be Noob fully transformed into a cyborg, instead of normal SubZero transformed into a cyborg. What do you guys think?

Can't wait to see Noob's alt costume anyway to see his other look...
