Raiden's ending (Spoilers, duh)

Was anyone else taken a back by Raden's ending? I saw it and I was holy crap, he's turned evil. Didn't seem like a "Raiden thing to do".
 
That's what i was thinking. Im a little relieved actually to see him get a little mean streak in him. I like his darker costume also.
 
seeing raiden kill shujinko is like being slapped in the face by your father everynight... even though i say STOP FATHER PLEASE!!!! HE JUST KEEPS HITTING ME!!! ...

cause you have to remember that he wasn't all too happy with the earthrealm in mk1 (remember his ending then? he pretty much took over the earth and used it for his own fun time... have a nice day!)
 
I don't think he turned evil at all. He was a justice-bringer for his cause. Granted he was harsh, but come on...it's been over a thousand years and the guy still has to deal with this crap on a daily basis!
 
I somehow think they ripped off streetfighter if you think about it. I guess it means that the next one might have u play either a good or bad version of Raiden like how they have the Ryu/Evil Ryu versions in various other capcom games. -David
 
I was also somehow alittle turned off over the fact online and various promos of raiden's new artwork of him in his white and blue and discovered his new look is a dark samurai thing going on. is there any code to play in his white and blue uniform from DA?
 
I think he looks cool. He might be dead like lui kang. We are not sure on what the story is untill MK 7.
