Jade = Edenian
Jax = Human
Johnny Cage = Human (supernatural god servers lineage)
Kabal = Human
Kano = Human
Kitana = Edenian
Kratos = Demigod
Kung Lao = Human
Liu Kang = Human (has a dragon within)
Mileena = Edenian-Tarkatan
Nightwolf = Human (supernatural server of the spirits)
Noob = Revenant or Ghost
Quan Chi = Demon - Sorcerer
Raiden = God
Reptile = Saurian
Scorpion = Wraith
Sektor = Cyborg
Shang Tsung = Human (Sorcerer)
Sheeva = Shokan (Dragon lineage)
Sindel = Edenian
Skarlet = ?
Smoke = Enenra
Sonya = Human
Stryker = Human
Sub-Zero = Cryomancer

Later ill add a little description of all the races, including the races from MK:DA to MKA.

I always thought that NRS should make a tarkatan Lin Keui ninja turned into a cyborg not really OT but i just wanted to put it out there

I think shang tsung is human.. just with sorcerer abilities
I see your confusion with Sindel but i think she is an Edenian/Banshee
Noob is a Revenant if im not mistaken (says so in his bio)

They are all undead so.. either or haha

Wouldn't Ermac technically be Edenian?

Spectre = Wraith is just semantic.
Noob i was sure he was a wraith but ill check it out.
Ermac has edenian souls but his still some kind of avatar with many souls no matter their race.

EDIT: I did some research.
Scorpion---> Wraith or Spectre
Noob-------> Revenant or Ghost
Sindel------> Edenian (just that)
Ermac------> Fusion of Souls

Shang Tsung race is unknown but i doubt he his human.

Theory about the Edenians-

The Edenians live for thousands of years, am I right? But in Story Mode their actions/motives sometimes may seem shortsighted or childish. My theory is that time is stretched in Edenia.

And I find it weird that Shang Tsung was basically from Earthrealm, though in every game his origins are changed. Earthrealmer/Demon/Shapeshifter/Outworlder... its confusing.
