Of course, there's always this type of Palette. :mrgreen:

You don't, unless you're really good with knowledge of colors. Paint doesn't allow colors to be changed and for the saturation and luminence of that color to stay the same like other more powerful programs do.

So to pallete swap in MS Paint, you would have to go in and change each pixel one by one until you had your desired effect.

I hate to burst anyone's bubble, BigE, but if Chief gave you that info, he would suffer from another ban, which I'm sure he doesn't want.

This site, as well as most others I've been to don't allow the advertising or posting of pirated programs.

If you do want to discuss such things, and I'm not the person to talk to about it, then you need to hook up with someone on an IM or other chat device.
 
It's not pirated, neither is it advertising, man. You have to pay for that download. And that's the last time I try and be helpful. Try using Google next time, Big E.
 
I know this Chief, that's why I said "if you gave him that information" referring to the free DL of PS that BigE asked for.
