Question about Mileena fight?

You know when you get to the beginning of the Living Forest and you swing and climb up the tree. Then you fight Mileena and the two guards. Well after you fight her she takes Kitana and makes a portal and they disappear, I'm sure you know. Is there someplace you find her and fight her again or is that just the end of that. I haven't played the game in awhile, I was just thinking about that. So if anyonr knows, help me out.

but
u can fight kano by talking to kitana is prison 3 or 5 times
the 2 guards come
u kill em
go in the room fight kano
u get extra health when u fight kahn and more health on bar
