Problems with Raiden's Alternate

Guys I'm having trouble even finding Raiden at this E-3 Edenia location. Certain time date? I need details, is this information even acurate? Any tips are appreciated. Thanks.

He is usually there during the daytime. You have to beat konquest first in order to unlock him though. Once finished, return to Edenia and fight Raiden at that location to unlock him.

he is at night

one problem is cuz hes in F-3, not E-3

I've heard both E-3 and F-3 and what does beating Konquest entail? Is it when u unlock Shujinko, cause I''ve done that. Oh yeah, someone said day, other said night? Perhaps both?

its F-3 and he's there all day, but at night for sure. I just beat him a few hours ago there. You do 10% damage against him. Pretty easy fight if you get someone you are half decent with.
