NEEDING help to open door in arctika 2?? [PS2]

I am in arctika 2, right after i defeat rain.. i open up this door, and i fight these 3 warriors, this is the part when flying flames are being thrown at me. So i defeat these 3 warriors, i break the walls, grab my coins, and my chest of money, so when i try to open the next door to proceed forward, it doesn't budge..i am really stuck. I am playing this for ps2. help would be much appreciated.

The flying flames are actually archers that you have to throw fireballs at to kill. They are on either side of the door in tall towers. Once you kill them, the door will open.
