My Fight Stick Stopped Working :(

Woe and Behold this morning when I go to start playing some MK - My Tournament Edition Fight stick (Xbox 360) won't power on.

Tried a different 6 pin to 4 pin USB Cable but there is that funky little adapter that's on the cable.

I Called PDP they're going to call me back and see what I should do.

I know for sure I can get my money back, but I really want this haha.

Any one else having issues?

Adapter? Are you talking about the ferrite core? Any usb to mini usb cable should work. Sounds like your stick is fubar.

Hopefully they will replace it isn't there some kind of warranty on these sticks. Post back with some updates let us know if they replace it I would be pretty upset about that but it happens.

Have you looked to see if any wires came loose? With the clear box on the inside, should be pretty easy to check quick.

True. Some d-bag UPS or FedEx employee could've slung your TE around during shipping.

Please let us know what happens. Supposedly the fight sticks have a 3 year warranty (XBox) and 5 year (PS3). Not sure why PS3 one has a longer warranty...weird.

I've taken it apart checked the connections it's all good - They still haven't called me back yet - if I don't hear from them in two hours I'm going to call them back.

The fight sticks are made very well I think. Stuff breaks no big deal this is the only complaint I've heard about them.

Pdp is handling this great! They are sending fed ex to my house to pick it up! Covering all shipping charges I just have to type up A letter with what's wrong then once they receive it they'll fix it and send back.

It's disappointing that it broke but glad to know they're taking care of me

My 360 fight stick has just done the same thing. the USB connector feels a little loose, I looked at all the connections and they seem fine. how long did it take them to write you back and has there been any update?
