So I have been thinking of starting a team Japan for MK!
ummmm I have the 360 but my friend Max has the Ps3 we both pre-ordered the game and plan to 1st start with Local Lans... ran out of my house! I have the nicest setup in my living room...trust me, and my wife can put together some mean food for us lol. From there we will try to figure out the MK scene in Japan and then go from there! I live in the heart of Tokyo Shinjuku anyone living here knows that's one of the most expensive places in Tokyo! If interested and currently living in Japan reply to this thread. I need to get a capture card as well but we can run to Yotobashi Camera and grab a capture card.
Maybe if it plays out right and we get enough people then I may think of taking us to compete in the US for tournaments really depends on how fast we pick things up and how well we do online.
Depending on how this game play's out will determine if I put a site together for us as well and start recruiting etc....any who for now anyone interested in Lans

A bit on my gaming background
I played for FeaR and currently Type-Z for Gears of War and Call of Duty
Type-Z and FeaR both started in '01 for Unreal
I was 1st recruited by FeaR in Perfect Dark Zero, I was invited to tryout being I was and ranked #1 on Killcount leader boards (Now I am number 12, due to lame kids using multiple accounts and boosting off them)
I then left FeaR and joined Type-Z in '06 and have been with them every since
Anyone who has heard of MLG (Major League Gaming) should have heard of both these teams as we have placed top 2 and won over 70,000k in winnings (different games of course)
Now most of the original Type-Z players are grown and living life and there is a new era of Type-Z players who currently rep our band tag (Z at the back of the name for tournaments)
Tournaments I've been in with my Team
PDZ New York Gamestop 1st 4v4
Call Of Duty 2 Gamespot we placed 1st 4v4
Call Of Duty 2 Gamespot Cali 4v4 2nd (lost to FeaR)
ummmm shoots Battle field 3rd lost to LGD
shoots and a bunch of others crap I would send you to our site but being re-molded at the moment here is the leaders YouTube page he should have team footage up of are past tournaments as well as new stuff
