Yes, its the exact same version of MKII from Midway Arcade Treasures 2. I'll test out the gameshark codes for MKII in MAT2 on the MK:SM version and post the results.

besides game shark I dont think you can do any codes but I do know if you win 50 rounds of vs mode you can vs noob
