Location of Shuijinko Fatality #1

After you beat konquest, go back to outworld. At C-8 in the tunnel(near Rain) you can get Shujinko's fatality number 1. Happy killing.

Where are Shujinko's special moves? All I could find was Raiden's Torpedo. I looked for the other ones where it said to in the guide, but I could not find them anywhere.

Flaming Fist: Down - Toward - 2
Flying Jinko: Toward - Toward - 2
Flip Scissor Kick: Down - Back - 3

Not how to do them, but where to find them. I tried looking in the right spots, and waited for different times of the day, but I could only find the torpedo special move.
