He also is very similar to the bully kid from the other dojo in The Karate Kid.

Yeah, on IGN, they actually said he was a hybrid of both Ken and the bully from the opposing dojo on Karate Kid. I mean that's who they thought he resembled, not who he was designed after-that I'm not sure of. (Could be though).

down, forward, punch = fireball i think it was after ken and Ryu...LOL Notice how Ken and Ryu were like the Subzero and Scorpion of street fighter. Except MK actually gave them each their own moves. haha
