Is 5x experience broken?

So I just grinded out level 82-83 using this and had quite a few left.

I turn off my xbox yesterday...come back today and I no longer am getting the 5x xp when I know I had at least 30 left and on top of that all the xp I earned was gone....I was right back to where I had started yesterday.

Is this a glitch or some stupid thing the company does.....seems like a waste to buy the xp upgrade.....

Anyone know what's going on?

Well there's your problem.

Once you turn off your system the xp system goes back to normal which means if you had 30 rounds of 5xp left you lose it all and you go back to earning the normal amount of xp

Well that's stupid but not really my major issue as I can still buy like 7 more of them. What bothers me is losing all the experience I had earned.

I turn off my xbox all the time and have never lost the xp I had gained during my recent session.

You don't lose the xp you gained you just lose the xp multiplier

I did.

I quit for the night after I hit level 83...the next day I was back at 82 again with about 150,000 missing exp.

Then that's the problem, your not supposed to lose the xp you earned just the xp multiplier (as far as I know)
