Here is the link to a post where someone posted their WBID and Password to unlock all of the IOS exclusive skins. This does not work for Wii U thought

This really works, I tried it and I got all of the unlocks. If it says Link Failed or Account In Use, keep trying to link it. It will work eventually. After you link the account, go do a Single Fight and exit to the main menu of the game. It should show you what you unlocked, then go and re-link YOUR account back in so others can get the items. Once you've done that, re-start the game and make sure you have the skins. If you have the skins that means you have everything else (do this by going to the archives and selecting the Character models for the skin, OR go to Single Fight and make sure you have the skins)
