Well, it's 3pm, and I just woke up a little while ago. If I didn't put the shutters up and leave them up after Katrina gave us a visit, I'm sure there would have been a countless amount of trees coming through the windows.
I got totally wasted, too, but I passed out around 5:30 am. I pissed on my neighbor's car two times and now there's a huge tree on it. So I'm glad that didn't hit any of the cars here. My mom claimed to have seen a boat flipped over further down the block and some friends that called her said their whole back patios are destroyed or that a tree came through a window since they didn't have shutters up. From what I've seen outside, just about all the trees on the block have been taken out.
I'll try uploading pics, but my DSL doesn't work, and I'm on my laptop since the power is out so I'm only on 56K.
When the shit was really bad I was fast asleep. I wanted to go outside with 80+mph winds and the strong gusts.
Anyone else affected by this shit?
