They use different picture editting programs. I, personally, would like to know where they find all the sprites.

Most use Adobe Photoshop to make the fakes, and the sprits can be found here: www.mkwarehouse.com

have all the sprites saved to my computer. Try starting in MS paint and working your way to a better program such as Photoshop
