After Getting the sword in the soul tombs chopping the bodies to release the lock and entering the new open room it say you need to destroy the source of shang thungs power????? any one help me?

Use Fist of Ruin aka the O button on the green ball in the middle a good 5/6 hits should do it.

 

[The 7th Number]

go into the door with the green logo on the top and follow through all the rooms and you will get to a room that looks like the pic below. Then you have to use strong moves onto the soul tombs to break it.
