Harley Quinn Help?

Hey everyone, new here, this is kinda my first real fighter, other than Smash and All stars. I'm not too bad, but I know I'm not great yet. I main Harley Quinn and just kinda need some help. I'm having trouble fighting people such as Superman Wonder woman, Deathstroke. Any advice against these characters would be great, also any advice about setting up my super would be nice. I usually just wait for an opening to use it. I don't really know too many combos either, max hit I had was like 7 I think, so any help with that too would be appreciated.
 
J2, 3, tantrum stance, cartwheel, B3, Super Move

Easy combo that can do 50% damage if you have the damage boost applied. Without it it does about 40%
