Fire Ball Help!!

Ok,

So let me make myself a little more clearer since I haven't gotten an answer that has helped me, and I am desperate to find out how to do this. How do I throw my fireball? When I got the ground pound it showed me what buttons to use, but when I got the fireball on sektor's ship, it didn't tell me how to do it. I am now at the Artika 2 level where I can't get past the flaming archers or the doors with out it. Please Help. :(

If you hold down the special move button (depends on what console you have as to what it is), It'l show you on screen which button to press.
