He means so people can edit them easily without trouble, the spoiler characters cant be used for avatars till after the game is released or till they are officially announced. So there good for avatar or sig customizations.

If anyone has a certain character they want cutout sooner than others just tell me and I will work on it

Finished quite a few characters today! The following characters have been added: Raiden, Noob, Stryker, Sonya, re-cut Sub-Zero, re-cut Reptile, and a ladder portrait of Sub-Zero!

More renders of the other characters coming tomorrow! Tell me if you want a certain character!

Busy day so only 3 renders today :/ Added Liu Kang, Sindel, and Baraka!
