The stream will run from 12pm – 4pm PST on Tuesday, April 12th, 2011. They plan on starting the stream with an exclusive live demo of what we assume is the full Mortal Kombat (2011) game along with Kevin Tancharoen and many "guest actors" from the series.

Here's the detail text from the YouTube Live Event Page which is now marked as Private.

Watch our Machinima Live Stream from 12pm – 4pm on Tuesday, April 12th. We will play Mortal Kombat exclusively with Sark, Hutch, and show Director Kevin Tancharoen. Additionally, special guest actors from the show will show off their gaming skills at the Machinima headquarters. Stick around until 4 p.m. PST on the stream, and we’ll premiere the first episode of the Mortal Kombat series. See you then!
