Can Sony'a military stance attacks be linked with other combos?

I've been doing some research and apparently no one has even tried or no one has bothered to discuss it.

So, can you start up a regular combo, quickly switch to the military stance, perform an attack and have the combo system count it? I've tried a few times and I'm either not fast enough or it simply won't count.

I'd appreciate any feedback people
