I started playing Ko-op with Subzero and Scorpion, but when I try to save it says that I have to overwrite my previous game data. I know there's multiple slots that I could save on when I was playing before (with Kung Lao and Liu Kang)...but how come I have to overwrite my previous data now...

Are those save shrines the only way to save your game? So if I suddenly exit the game in the middle of a level, all my progress is lost? Also...how do you get new fatalities? Those koins...?
