These 2 are kinda similar in terms of attitude. Subzeros blue ninja outfit alone speaks for itself and then you have Shao Kahn's callousness.
Sure a lot of characters on here might've been cold and ruthless but subzero and shao Kahn's cold behavior stood out a lot more than any other character...
