Kabal's scaling. Is there a reason it is soo bad >.< I mean come on, his ''stun'' followed by an X-ray does 27% but usually does something like 33%? Just as an example, other characters like Sub Zero can stun an opponent and X-ray them for decent damage. This isn't a moaning thread or anything...
