This IS NOT an official tier list for MK, it's just my opinion on the tier as far as special move effectiveness, I'm trying to make a final tier list but I need to make seperate lists first such as, this one, X-Ray effectiveness and damage, Speed, Kombo potential, Mix-ups, Ect... Tell me what...
