I think everything Boon has said on twitter is more than enough of a reason to release a UMK9. If for some reason they cant do Brutalities or add modes for DLC, then releasing a UMK9 would be the way to go. Maybe thats the route they are thinking of going instead of releasing it all for DLC...

Someone should add youtube videos to each combos so people can see how its done, then its much easier for them to know how to do it and get the time right
