Noob Saibot and.... (This is a really hard choice) Even though I love both of these stages in MK9, I think I'm going to have to lean towards Scorpion's Lair.
Those "blades'' or "knives" are Kunai. And he was correct in saying they are the same "blades" that Scorpion has attached to his rope, well now a chain, that he uses for his famous spear move.
So, the theory could be true. Or simple coincidence.
Re: TRMK Contest: Prima Mortal Kombat Strategy Guide Prize Packages
This is a really awesome kontest, Pat. The folks at Prima make really fantastic guides. Whoever wins (hopefully me ^_^) will be happy with it I'm sure.
I have the guide they did for Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion. It's bigger...
Wow! I cannot believe Nightwolf won. I'm glad he did though, he always seemed to be in the same boat as Stryker in terms of popularity.
This is a tough one, as I love both Shang and Subby. But I think I'm going to have to go with Sub-Zero and Shang's Garden.
It is official. Goro's theme has surpassed Reptile's as my favorite track on the CD.
I just imagine Goro getting the CD, putting it in his boombox, bobbing his head as it starts. Then looking over to Johnny Cage's shades that he's kept as a trophy all these years, as he puts them on the shot...
I can't say who HAS the biggest dick. But in my opinion the top two biggest dicks i,e jerks. In the MK universe are
1. Quan Chi
2. Sektor (watch his MK Gold ending)
No, we've known the first episode was going to premiere before the game for a week or so now. It's just now that we've gotten the exact date and where though. :)
Machinima.com is apparently going to be hosting a live stream on their youtube channel on Tuesday, the 12th, of them playing Mortal Kombat with "Sark, Hutch, and show Director Kevin Tancharoen. Additionally, special guest actors from the show will show off their gaming skills at the Machinima...
I doubt you'll get into trouble for the MK stuff. Kamidogu has all the MK soundtracks available for free on their website, and you don't see that getting pulled. (Though they may have some kind of deal. Not sure.)
This is NOT the OST. These tracks are completely separate from the game. It is very similar to how they released Mortal Kombat: The Album back in the 90's to accompany the first game.
Now then... Goro's theme is boss.
Definitely Cyrax and the Deadpool.
I'm sorry to hear you're going through a rough time man :( I hope everything turns out for the best for you. If you think you need a break, or anything like that. Feel free to PM me and I'll keep this tournament going :)
Well, UMK3 released on XBLA in October of 2006, and I still play that five years later. So, I think it's safe to say I'll be playing this game until Skyrim/ME3 come out, quite often. Then on/off after that.
