Have PSN ever been known to put something up that they didn't with the whole update? I'm kind of hoping that they'll sort of go "Oh bollocks!" and upload Skarlet on her own, but if this doesn't happen usually with PSN then I don't really know what else to say on it.

This is completely unacceptable! I've been really excited about both DLC packs and I refuse to pay DOUBLE what the Americans did (I only really want the Kitana skin anyway) and not even have the option to get Skarlet with it. Argh!
