No. That's MK2 costume. MK2 Sub-Zero was Kuai-Liang.

Primary costume is Kuai-Liang Secondary is Bi-Han. Cyber Sub-Zero is also Kuai-Liang.

I like this more than is primary, he looks more like a ninja in it. I'll be using this one when I play as him.
