No, it was pretty easy for me. All I did was go to the far end of the screen, wait for him to start an attack animation, teleport for a free uppercut and voilà.

Re: how can you beat the last match in story mode radien vs shao khan? Teleport whenever he starts an animation for one of his special moves and uppercut him. It also helps if you try to stay on the far end of the screen. That way he'll keep trying to throw his spear, making it easier for you.
