Making a car Florescent blue with the save editor is awesome because it looks like a giant bar of soap.
Pure white is a teeny bit lighter than ice white. Not much.
It's black brushed steel with a pure white pearlescent, made in the save editor. It's like chrome, but not a mirror and not obnoxious.
I have an anti-chrome paintjob on my Adder. It looks like chrome, but isn't obnoxious.

The color is probably unique or something. All Cogne's have standard body kits, which is why some people hate them because you can't take off the kit. I like it though, and I love how the roof comes down when you go convertible.

My friend tried to put it on a Voltic, since it has the best acceleration in the game, but NOS doesn't work with electric cars unfortunately :< -
