360 Version. Whenever I press X to generate a kode it won't create one, and has even locked up my 360 a few times. Suggestions?

I have both versions and I've noticed that Kahn is waaay cheaper in the 360 one. You can't hit him period when he's charging at you or throwing one of his projectiles (hammer, spear). In the PS3 one you can. When charging a projectile stops him, etc. In the 360 version he can't be hit during a...

Is your progress saved in the tutorial mode? I'm playing the 360 version, and whenever I quit and come back I have to start from the beginning again.

I have the Scorpion DLC downloaded but the fatality isn't listed in the moves list. Do you have to unlock it in the Krypt?
