My mic won't work on the stick, when connected even when muted it shows in a party my "talking" icon is always on. Kind of annoying but whatever.

I was referring to the amount of loading screens associated with the Krypt.

I'm pretty sure this was debunked quite a bit already.

I can confirm it works on 360...dunno why it's not working for some? I have beaten the game with Scorpion, and unlocked his Alternate Costume in the Krypt but I'm not sure if either of those effects the ability to perform this move.

That's called negative edge. It's used in high level of play in almost every game I can think of. More info here
