For those interested, the guy at hobbyroms.com just got back to me via email, here is what he said: "MKII uses 27c040 ( 4Mbits, 512K x 8bits ) You can also use 27c4001 which have the same pinout. You should try to use speeds of 120nsec or faster, although 150nsec will also work."
