Scorpion's Toasty fatality

Wow, do you think that the classic fatalities are xbox only? That would really tick me off if we got non-mk related exclusives and another console got mk related exclusives and we didn't even know about it.


The only other options are

There is some other condition to unlock that we don't know about
Its a different button combo for PS3
 
I just found something. When you do the fatality, you can move corpse a bit with directional buttons, or i'm just tripping. Someone could check it too.

without classic, everyone has 4
 
I am definitely holding block and doing it perfectly. I have been playing MK since MK1 was in arcades. Im telling you either there is a condition somewhere that needs fulfilling to make it available or its xbox exclusive and we got stuck wit kratos. So far til someone posts a video of it being done on ps3 Im thinking the second option might be likely.

Fox17, would you please be so kind as to give some details or better yet a picture of the fatality input for the PS3 toasty? I have tried everything any have not yet been able to perform the toasty fatality. I have the second costume, D, U, U triangle at jump distance, holding block to the last second and have unlocked his first 2 in the krypt and his stage fatality.

Its really weird, why isnt it working?

hmmm this is annoying, I still can't make it work... do you have to finish story mode to do it by any chance? cause if there's no requirement, I believe some people are not able to do it somehow... why? no idea hehe but it's annoying, currently trying on the xbox version, waiting for the ps3 one to reach me, that'll be the one I'll be playing the most so I hope everything's fine there :P

ps: hope it won't be this nightmarish to pull of sub's and reptile's classic fatalities! those are the ones I'm actually looking forward to.
 
Just select Fatality Tutorial and chose Scorpion with his alternate costume then go in the front of the enemy and make a jump backwards (thats the jump distance) then pull DOWN,UP,UP,Y(Triangle on PS3). Hope it helps
 
I did not finish story mode or challenge tower, and you have to perform it a jump distance with scorpion's alternate, and i think (because is what i did) perform it for first time in the fatality tutorial. Ill take a pic later, im not in my house now. hope you can do it.

Remember down, up, up, triangle (i do not block) i press down then up and when he is in the air i press up again and when he lands i press triangle, do that it should work.




Another thing, I have a prob with the second fatalities, i unlock em and i can perform em with any character but they only appear in the first player move list, if im playing witha friend the second fatality appears in my move list but not in my friends move list, anyone knows why??
 
Yh but is the same profile, im not palying online... its in versus in offline in the same living room :P
 
Hmm ok Ive beaten story mode and unlocked about 80% of the krypt. I am at 56 on the challenge tower.

I can't get this to work no matter how many suggestions people give. IO can pull off any other finisher no problems. Im telling you its the game. I did apply an update when I first got the game for the record.
