That just looks like he is in the shadows. Maybe possessed by the Blood Demon though.

The red eyes tell me there's more going on than just shadow work.

I fully expect Raiden to lose his sh** in this game anyway, so it's no surprise to me.

If Raiden in black with the red eyes is Raiden possessed then wouldn't that mean that he was possessed in his vision in the beginning of mk9?

I think him playing with daggers has something to do with it. I'm calling it right now- Raiden gets possessed by the Blood Demon and you have to fight him as either a sub-boss or as the final boss.
