Many of us have had our threads beaten down with other member's neglect.

Venom is my favorite character in the whole Marvel universe.
He is the MAIN reason that I went to see Spiderman 3.
I have all of the Venom origins comics, a Venom 4" statue of him next to a defeated Spiderman, and 2 Venom posters.
Needless to say, I wouldn't want him as a guest character in MK 9.

That's just ME, though.
I know that there are PLENTY of people here that would bash me, and say that it's a great idea otherwise.

If he was a guest character, I wouldn't want him involved with Noob Saibot, even though it makes the most logical sense. :-D

Anyways, even though I am Anti-Guest character, I think your thread had great potential.

Everyone please do check out the following threads that both back,back,back,low punch and I have worked hard on to rebuild some post MK 3 character origin stories since as much feedback from anyone would be greatly appreciated! Please give them a read if you havent already and spread the word to other users if you enjoyed them yourselves!

Great idea man! It's always sad to see a good discussion thread get bumped down by rants and spammy posts of people whose posts look like they were meant to gauge our eyeballs out.

As for Venom,
Spoiler:
he's a baller guy to begin with but I wouldn't want MK to turn into the next Soul Calibur, with guests characters in every new release. I don't know, that's just me, keeping the MK experience pure, maybe because I feel the game has a more...serious vibe to it (I realize how ironic this would sound right as someone gets a TOASTYYY!!! on screen XD). Whereas, for example, Soul Calibur always looked goofy and weird to me and, although a great game, I never really took it as seriously as MK. Fighting with weapons and lightsabers is fun though :D
