Rebuilding Dairou

I finished reading it. Very vivid in detail, especially Tai Bing's death lol.

First off, I'm not very familiar with Dairou. I don't think I ever played as him in Deception...
Does he have any special skills, or is he purely martial arts?

The beginning reminded me a lot of Scorpion's lore, but luckily it differed enough down the road to not be a complete ripoff ;^)

Tbh, I don't think you're done rebuilding Dairou. His story needs to be expanded upon to explain why he's taking part in the tournament, and to make him unique overall. Frankly, he still seems like Liu Kang Jr. to me. Also, I know Hotaru is from the Orderrealm. Did he ever make it to Earth? There might be some problems with that part of the story.

Or maybe, (which would be a cool addition to his character imo) he somehow learned how to travel between realms, similar to Quan Chi's ability. He meets Hotaru and allies with him because he is a "peacekeeper" type of character and wants to learn how/help keep Order intact. Dairou battles gangs and the like because of his families involvement/deaths by them. I'm mainly just throwing this out there because I'm not familiar enough with Dairou to even know where to begin haha.
