Midway Games website has updated their Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance section with a few movie teasers of gameplay, a fatality, and some of the DVD bonuses included on the disc. With development wrapping up soon, we are anxious to see what will be revealed leading up to the game's release on November 22nd. Thanks JRF for the tip.

IGN GameCube has what seems to be the first known footage from the GameCube version of Mortal Kombat: Deadly Alliance from Nintendo's Cube Club tour's Los Angeles stop. Previously, all public demonstrations and videos have been running on PlayStation 2 and Xbox hardware. Three videos are available for download; however, a subscription to IGN Insider is required. Thanks ShackNews.

On the heels of IGN's direct feed GCN video, IGN GameCube has updated with hands-on impressions and 6 new video clips available to all readers, including the stellar must-see video of one of the mini-games in MK:DA, Test Your Sight. And of course, IGN always seems to throw in an exclusive video for Insider members, and this time is it the game's entire intro movie, revealing the death of one of the series' main characters. We'll let you decide if you want to spoil the suprise.

Update: 10 more videos have made it over to IGN Xbox. Check out video #1 and watch Scorpion's health bar a few moments after he gets impaled by Sub-Zero's Kori Blade. It appears that taunts are in and actually allow the player to recover some health.

Not to be outdone, GameSpot counters with their own arsenal of 65 screenshots from the Xbox version, including fatality sequences from Sonya, Jax, Sub-Zero and Shang Tsung, high quality background screenshots, and a new development, a fight wager screen for versus battles, allowing friends or foes to wager the in-game currency, "koins", in addition to pride.

On the PlayStation 2 side of things, GameSpot has video footage and 5 in-sequence captures of Johnny Cage's "de-skulling" fatality and another video of gameplay. If you are not a GameSpot Complete member, you can still watch the streaming version of the video for the next 7 days for free.

If you pay attention to the figher stance graphics during this video, you will see that before the fatality is performed, Cage's stance changes to "Fatality" after a few positioning shuffles. This could detail that executions of fatalities might be simplified to a global stance change. If this is the case, then perhaps players might have to "train" their characters to learn their fatalities in the single player game; however, this is all pure speculation at this point.

Thanks again ShackNews.
