Raiden's Prison Stage Fatality Confirmed!

Raiden's Prison Stage Fatality has been confirmed by our Chicago correspondent Patrick McCarron. The current workable movement for the fatality is:
HCB - HCB - BL (close)
    The movement could be simplified; however, it should work in it's current form. I, myself, have tried only a couple of times, but could not sucessfully pull off the fatality. Try variations of the above movement. Congrats go out to the Sawman and MKX for striking first blood
