Yet another downloaded content chracter question!

I noticed there about 10 questions about this but I also downloaded the MK Season Pass for all four characters. On the Cyber Subzero Skarlet and Freddy Kruger open up but thats all. No rain or Kenshi. One thread, someone was told to re download everything, so I did. Still didn't fix it. Am I supposed to push a certain button or something? This is for xbox 360 by the way.
 
try downloading the compability passes for Rain and kenshi that would be #2 and #3, they're free
