<center>Ok, I know the film is going to be ( or at least that's what they keep telling us) released maybe during the year of 2005. Well, I remember back in the day there was talk about it being released in the United States, In November of 2003. Well back then I was so pumped and ready to watch it, and then it got delayed.. delayed.. delayed again... So what I'm saying is, do you think it will be released anytime soon? Have they even started shooting yet?? I mean us Mortal Kombat Fans can only wait for so long..

The guy from MK:conquest series, J.Meek was the best raiden in my opinion... He should have been brought in for the part really... :? I mean, he had a voice and the way he acted... He WAS raiden more or less...

o great, more of "i cut my hair short in order to go with the sonya, jax, special forces theme!"..not really, but i thought it would be funny. i sould really stop having thoughts period:oops:

Christopher Lambert played Raiden in the first MK movie. He did good, but the the guy who played Raiden in MKA didn't do good. Not his fault though, it was those who screwed the movie up.

but the story doesnt quite match the game's...right?

Dude, don't get me started on how untrue the movies were. Ill tell u a few unreal things in MK1:

1.Kitana was there. nuff said
2.Shang Tsung was young
3.Scorpion vs Cage
4.Liu Kang vs Sub-Zero(Its supposed to be Scorp vs sub)
5.Cage vs Goro(it should be Liu Kang)
Theres more then that but im just too lazy to put them all.

1.Kitana was there. nuff said | Yes so?
2.Shang Tsung was young | Who cares?
3.Scorpion vs Cage | Who cares?
4.Liu Kang vs Sub-Zero(Its supposed to be Scorp vs sub) | Who cares?
5.Cage vs Goro(it should be Liu Kang) | Who fucking cares?

Liu Kang wasn't the only Earthrealm fighter.

There had to be changes made for the movie to make a cohesive 90 min story and for varieties sake. The only change in MK1 that really irked me was having Liu Kang not believe in the tournament and Raiden it first. There was no reason for that at all.

The second movie had so many "changes" (read: mistakes) that it isn't even funny. The most unforgivable being making Shao Kahn Raiden's brother and Shinnok their father. WTF?
