Where Are The Patch Notes For Update 1.06?

Where are the patch notes for the Martian Manhunter compatibility pack? I would love to know why the update was 800mbs. I mean, an update that big just to add a character and a new skin? They must have changed a few things cause not even the previous updates which also added a new character and a new skin were not that big.

There weren't any changes in the latest version of the game, they're taking there time with the next update to look over all the characters, but I'm sure the update will drop with Zatanna.
