I'm too excited for this. I still own all 3 seasons of the HBO classic on DVD.
Maybe a deal could be created to put Spawn in MKX to promote the series?

I recently watched the entire HBO series. It was on point! I'm really glad they are making a new series because Spawn is such an awesome comic book anti-hero and he deserves to have some spot-light on him.

Wasn't he in the process of making a low budget, horror movie style Spawn movie too?

There were rumors about Macfarlane making a smaller budget movie for Spawn, though it would focus on the detectives Sam and Twice rather than being a traditional superhero movie. I haven't heard any updates on it yet.

And a side note, if Spawn was in MKX I'd die of excitement!
