[Flying Jinko]

Just came to know about this very unique movie released last year, around May. The movie is shot in black and white with no speech or dialogue, reminiscent of the movies during the 1930's when silent cinema was popular. It is a french romantic drama film about the relationship between an older silent film star and a rising actress as the silent cinema falls out of fashion and is replaced by Talkies.

The film has won majority of the BAFTA awards, including ones for best director, best film and best actor and is also a favorite for winning the Oscars as well. Hopefully Ill be able to watch the movie soon, for those who have or anyone else, what do you all think of this movie?

This movie was right up my alley. Classic movies rule so when I saw this, I cried inside.

Everyone should give it a chance =)

So guessing by the "rave" reviews on TRMK =P it wasn't a movie trying to milk a gimmick. I can' wait to see it!
