Street Fighter III - Fuurinkazan Trailer

Not too sure about the animation style, but that ending was hilarious.

I'll definitely check it out since 3rd Strike is my favorite Street Fighter game.
 
While I understand the creators of this film wanted to contrast the size disparity between Hugo and Ryu, the latter still seems skinnier than I would expect.
